Our Farmhouse operates under the italian law of tourist lease without hotel services, with a regular contract lasting from 5 to 30 days. It offers temporary accommodation to tourists, workers, pensioners or students, who wish to stay in Palermo for short periods. The contract provides for the early payment of rent. The costs of electricity and water will be cashed at the end of the lease. The contract also requires, at the delivery of the room, a deposit of an amount equal to the cost of the lease, in garenzia consumption of utilities and property delivered in the apartment. Please remember to bring towels and bed linen, because the rental of these resources has an additional charge and is governed by special conditions.

The access road into the nature reserve is not paved by law to environmental constraints. This road is made of concrete for 700 meters and of clay for a further 200 meters.
